So let me tell ya what I'm all about

I'm kind of obsessed with the science of behaviour change. I love knowing what motivates some people to maintain healthy habits, while others find it so difficult to stick to. My mission is to help reshape the way you think about healthy living and show you how to transform your habits so that you can finally live a life of food freedom, feel your best you've ever felt and never have to be miserable on a diet again. 

I know what it's like to struggle in this diet-filled world, but I've transformed my own health and mindset and I'm crazy passionate about helping you do the same.   

And I'm here to show you how to put a stop to yo-yo dieting and change your habits for good!

If you're having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't YOU. The problem is your system.  Bad habits repeat themselves not because you don't want to change but because your approach to change is flawed.

Over the years, I learned that adopting habits that STICK and staying consistent to a healthy lifestyle can be WAY more complex than having all of the right information and motivation, which, let's be serious, fluctuates as my mood when I'm hangry!

Nope. Seriously changing your lifestyle and making health at the fore-front of your everyday life, without even having to give it a second thought, that takes a specific strategy. Once that unfortunately, not amount of carb-cutting will teach you.

So let's look at what it really takes, shall we?

  • MINDSET: Putting a full stop to all-or-nothing thinking, feeling like you're constantly blowing it for having one donut and constantly having to "restart" on your goals 

  • FREEDOM: Look, you can't keep saying no to your favourite foods forever. Food is delicious, and there is a way to both nourish your body while enjoying pizza. You just have to learn HOW.

  • INSTRINSIC MOTIVATION: harnessing your values and finding enjoyment in your habits so that you can not only create healthy habits, but stick to them

  • KNOWLEDGE: learning nutrition, fitness and psychology of change so that you can best serve YOUR goals

  • SYSTEMS: How to set up your life to avoid willpower 

  • COMPASSION: Learn why punishing self-talk is one the THE most ineffective ways to change and learn instead how to harness self-kindness and compassion to get you to your goals faster

  • ENJOYMENT: No one can stick to a lifestyle they hate for their whole life. Plain and simple. Learning how to start enjoying living a healthy lifestyle, instead of it constantly feeling like a punishment is KEY.
