Easy Peanut Butter and Jelly Mousse

Serves : 8

Ingredients -3/4 cup smooth natural peanut butter -2 tbsp maple syrup -1 cup 35% whipping cream -1 tbsp light creme cheese -1/3 cup jam of choice (I like to use strawberry or raspberry)

-Peanuts for garnish


1-In a medium bow, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup and creme cheese using a spatula.

2-In a separate large bowl, whisk the heavy cream with an electric mixer with the whisk attachment , until it has the consistency of shaving cream.

3- Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.

4- Fill each cup halfway with the peanut butter mousse. Add 1 tbsp of jam and fill the rest of the cup with the remaining mousse. Garnish with peanuts if desired. Calories: 243 Total Fat: 19.1g (7.2g Saturated, 0.2g Trans)
