Honey-Dijon Kale Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

For the salad:

- kale + spinach base

- 50g Smoked salmon

- Cherry tomatoes

- Cucumbers

- Bell peppers

- Red onions

- Avocado

- Feta cheese

- Capers


For the dressing :

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)

- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

- pepper


Instructions


1- In a medium bowl, toss together the ingredients for the salad (from the kale base to the capers).


2-In a separate small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.


3- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!
