7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share your personal information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. Our current service providers include:

 

FG Funnels: Our email marketing and CRM platform, used to manage our email list, send communications, and process program enrollments. Your name and email address are stored here.

Stripe / payment processors: Used to securely process payments. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Used for advertising and pixel tracking as described in Section 6.

Google: Used for analytics and advertising as described in Section 5.

Facebook Groups: Our private community (Food Freedom Community) is hosted on Facebook. Any information you share in that group is subject to Facebook's own privacy policy in addition to our Community Privacy guidelines.

 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

 

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Specifically:

       Email list subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

       Customer purchase records: retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Canadian tax law

       Community content: governed by Facebook's data retention policies

       Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (up to 26 months)

 

When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
